Erin Green received his Juris Doctorate from University of Miami School of Law in 1997 after studying Business Administration at Emory University. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 and the Texas Bar in 2014. He was an Ontario Foreign Legal Consultant from 2011 to 2012, and also holds a certification as a Global Mobility Specialist (G.M.S.).
Mr. Green has over 19 years of legal experience, servicing clients from start-ups to mid-sized owned and managed enterprises, and large multi-national corporations that have significant overseas business and facilities. He made a huge impact in his first firm by being named ‘Attorney of Year’ in 2001 and 2002 for client service and case success and quickly securing hundreds of initial “new company” L-1 visas for Israeli tech start-ups. He gained wide acclaim as a US Immigration expert in Israel, serving as exclusive immigration advisor to The American/Israeli Chamber of Commerce, Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute and a popular Israeli relocation website. He co-founded and managed the US immigration department of his next law firm in Israel, from scratch to multi-million dollar status. He served Ernst & Young in Canada as a writing expert, drafting and securing a plethora of challenging “outstanding researcher” and “extraordinary ability” applications and green cards for employees of major blue-chip chemical and technology companies. Mr. Green also maintains diverse corporate leadership experience as he assembled and supervised the nation’s largest in-house corporate US immigration program, which included the creation of a US Immigration Help Desk that serviced 20,000 foreign national employees. Additionally, Mr. Green has been a frequent guest lecturer, delivering customized presentations to large audiences regarding immigration processes, policies, laws, current events, at corporate settings and many seminars and conferences, both in and outside the United States.
