Brigitte Hocking has 20 years of experience providing strategic advice to corporations and smaller businesses while successfully managing their immigration programs. Her experience includes 13 years at Fragomen where she assisted with H-1B, L-1, E, and H-3 training visas for multinational corporations including IT consulting and software firms. She advised companies on the proper use of B-1 business visitor visas and assisted with preparing for government audits and site-visits. In January 2014, she joined BAL as a Partner where she led the representation of corporate clients in a variety of industries. Partnering with General Counsel and HR representatives, she continued to provide immigration compliance advice, best practice strategies, policy recommendations and U.S. immigration law training. She joined CPG Law Group in March 2018 to provide strategic advice to corporations and smaller businesses while successfully managing their immigration programs.
